The early days were brutal. I sold fresh milk at the night markets myself, delivered the goods door to door, and did whatever it took to keep the dream alive. No shortcuts — just hustle.
Together with Loi Tuan Ee, we turned that hustle into a brand. A bet on real, local, fresh dairy — built from the ground up to earn a place in every Malaysian fridge.
As headline sponsor of Astro's Gegar Vaganza, I stepped in front of the camera. The catchphrase stuck, the brand went mainstream — and Boss Susu became a name the whole country knew.
From a local underdog to an international operation — including processing facilities and land in Australia. The mission keeps growing, but the values stay the same.
